省委、省政府召开的全省科学技术大会暨’95湖北科技节,是一次认真学习、统一认识的大会,是一次总结过去、交流经验的大会,也是一次实施“科教兴鄂”战略的再动员大会。这次大会对于促进我省经济建设进一步转移到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来,促进湖北振兴崛起,加快科技事业的发展,具有极其重要的意义。贯彻落实这次会议精神,要切实做好以下工作:一、要认真学习、大力宣传这次会议精神,把大家的思想真正统一到“科学技术是第一生产力”的英明论断
The Provincial Science and Technology Conference and the '95 Hubei Science and Technology Festival, convened by the provincial party committee and government, is a conference that earnestly studies and unifies understanding. It is also a conference that summarizes the past and exchanging experiences. It is also an implementation of the strategy of “rejuvenating Hubei through science and education” Re-mobilization meeting. This conference is of great significance to promoting the further transfer of economic construction in our province to relying on scientific and technological progress and improving the quality of laborers to promote the revitalization of Hubei and accelerate the development of science and technology. To implement the spirit of this conference, we must earnestly do the following work: First, we must conscientiously study and vigorously publicize the spirit of this conference and truly unify our thinking to the brilliant idea that “science and technology are primary productive forces”
