目的:提高临床医师对长期输血患者引起非原发性血色病的认识,使此类患者得到早期诊治。方法:通过观察长期输血患者各项生化指标(血糖、肝、肾功能等)、皮肤颜色、肝脾大小、心脏功能情况等及铁代谢异常的各项实验室检查指标,一旦确诊尽早治疗,避免晚期并发症的出现。结果:长期输血引起非原发性白血病的患者通过早期治疗,使重要脏器严重功能障碍明显减少,生活质量明显提高。结论:长期输血的慢性病患者需长期生存,这使得继发性血色病的早期防治显得极为重要。早期治疗,避免晚期并发症的出现,明显提高其生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To raise the awareness of clinicians about non-primary haemochromatosis caused by long-term transfusions in patients with early diagnosis and treatment. Methods: By observing various laboratory indexes such as biochemical indexes (blood sugar, liver and kidney function), skin color, liver and spleen size, cardiac function and iron metabolism abnormalities in patients with long-term transfusion, once diagnosed as soon as possible to avoid The emergence of advanced complications. Results: Long-term blood transfusions caused by non-primary leukemia patients through early treatment, significant organ dysfunction significantly reduced, quality of life improved significantly. Conclusion: Long-term blood transfusions in patients with chronic diseases need long-term survival, which makes the early prevention and treatment of secondary hemochromatosis is extremely important.
