本文对偏心齿轮泵与传统齿轮泵的性能(压力脉动、噪声、效率)进行了对比研究,结果表明:在偏心齿轮泵的齿槽内及管道中所测得的压力脉动成分与传统齿轮泵有本质上的不同;二者的噪声特性也不同.但是,偏心齿轮泵的流量脉动、压力脉动及噪声均大于传统齿轮泵.本文提出了三种改善偏心齿轮泵性能的有效措施,其压力脉动与噪声均有不同程度的改善.压力2. 0MPa 时,压力脉动降低了21. 6~75. 5%,噪声下降了4. 4~9. 1dB(A),达到了与传统齿轮泵相当的数量级.
