以阶梯轴车削加工为例,阐述项目教学法在车工实训中的应用。该实训内容通过引入项目教学法,将车削加工理论、量具使用及普通C616车床操作等内容有效结合起来,使学生完成图纸分析、工艺分析、工艺过程编制及零件的车削加工,激发了学生的学习兴趣,让学生在获取知识和技能的同时培养了质量意识、合作意识和运用专业知识解决实际工程问题的综合能力。
