报告7岁小儿阴茎、阴囊根部完全离断伤1例，应用显微外科技术行血管、神经吻合再植术，结果阴茎血运、阴茎皮肤、阴茎动起均良好，排尿通扬，无漏尿及排尿困难，未出现血管危象。结合文献复习对此类损伤的手术方式、离断组织处理、血管药物应用及减少并发症的发生进行了讨论，认为吻合2条阴茎背动脉，重新建立背深静脉可提高愈合质量，防止漏尿及尿道狭窄；应用血管活性药物抗凝，维持血管扩张状态，对保证阴茎血液供应及静脉回流通畅是有好处的。
