研究了未扭转和预扭转钨合金的力学性能,应变率范围10-4~103s-1.研究发现,未扭转和预扭转钨合金都具有大的应变率敏感性;未扭转钨合金表现出流动应力随应变增加而提高的特性(σ/ε>0);预扭转钨合金在准静态下表现为σ/ε>0,而在高应变率下则呈现出失稳现象(σ/ε<0);预扭转试件的表面有肉眼可观察到的“亮带”出现,而未扭转试件则未出现.微观实验及分析表明,失稳现象与钨合金组元的热力性能和空间结构分布有关.
The mechanical properties of un-twisted and pre-twisted tungsten alloys were investigated. The strain rate range was 10-4 ~ 103s-1. The results show that both un-twisted and pre-twisted tungsten alloys have a large strain rate sensitivity; un-twisted tungsten alloys show a characteristic of increased flow stress with increasing strain (σ / ε> 0) (σ / ε <0) at high strain rate; the “bright band” observable by the naked eye on the surface of pre-twisted specimen Appeared, but did not reverse the specimen did not appear.
