目的探讨Notch3蛋白在儿童横纹肌肉瘤组织中的表达并分析其临床意义。方法观察32例儿童横纹肌肉瘤组织的病理学特点,并采用免疫组织化学的方法检测Notch3蛋白的表达情况。结果病理结果显示,胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤20例,腺泡型横纹肌肉瘤12例。免疫组织化学结果显示Notch3蛋白的表达阳性率为84.375%(27/32),而胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤与腺泡型横纹肌肉瘤Notch3蛋白的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Notch3基因及蛋白在儿童横纹肌肉瘤组织中具有较高的表达水平,可以成为潜在的诊断指标,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of Notch3 protein in rhabdomyosarcoma of children and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods The pathological features of 32 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma were observed. The expression of Notch3 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The pathological findings showed that there were 20 embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma and 12 acinar rhabdomyosarcoma. Immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression of Notch3 protein was 84.375% (27/32), while the expression of Notch3 protein in embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma and acinar rhabdomyosarcoma had no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Notch3 gene and protein in rhabdomyosarcoma of children may be a potential diagnostic indicator and has important clinical significance.
