乙二胺是致敏物,并可引起哮喘。沈阳市劳动卫生职业病研究所于1988年7—8月对沈阳飞机制造公司模胎车间20例乙二胺作业工进行了调查。该车间乙二胺年用量为149.5公斤,生产过程为敞开式,手工作业。车间内有机械通风,工人配戴防毒面具。测定车间空气中乙二胺浓度约为0.3—7.0mg/m~3。受检者平均年龄在42.9岁,接触乙二胺工龄为4—26年。对照组为加工车间不接触毒物的钳工26例,
