较系统地研究了磨矿方式、矿浆浓度、矿浆体积对钢球磨损的影响规律 .研究结果表明 ,在不同磨矿方式中 ,钢球的磨损率存在明显差异 ,其大小次序为 :R有机 >R湿式 >R干式 .当矿浆浓度 (即质量分数 )为 4 0 %时 ,钢球的磨损率出现最大值 .当矿浆浓度一定时 ,钢球的磨损率随矿浆体积的增大而增大 .矿浆浓度较低时 ,矿浆体积的变化对钢球磨损率的影响比矿浆浓度较高时的影响要显著
The influences of grinding method, slurry concentration and slurry volume on the ball wear were systematically studied.The results show that the wear rates of steel balls are obviously different in different grinding methods, the order of their size is R organic> R wet> R dry.When the pulp concentration (ie, mass fraction) is 40%, the wear rate of the steel ball appears the maximum value.When the pulp concentration is constant, the wear rate of the steel ball increases with the increase of the pulp volume When the pulp concentration is low, the influence of the change of slurry volume on the ball wear rate is more significant than that of the pulp concentration
