新中国竞技体育发展60年,取得了巨大成就,给国家和民族带来了自豪感;体育人才培养是一个长期而艰巨的工程,然而近些年的人才培养与社会发展相悖,出现了不和谐的方面,集中表现在了竞技人才培养的学训矛盾问题上。本文通过运用文献综述法、访问调查法,从文化三层次的角度对我国竞技体育人才培养过程中的学训矛盾一些问题进行深入探讨,提出了一系列建议,希望对我国的竞技体育机制改革提供些参考依据。
