采用逆转录－多聚酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）及真彩色图像分析系统，观察了４例小儿系膜增殖性肾炎肾穿刺组织中ＩＬ－１βｍＲＮＡ表达与系膜基质间的关系。结果表明：ＩＬ－１βｍＲＮＡ的表达与基质的扩大呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．９７７１．Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＩＬ－１β在系膜增殖性肾炎中起重要作用。其ｍＲＮＡ表达水平与系膜基质扩大、硬化相关。
The relationship between IL-1βmRNA expression and mesangial matrix was observed in 4 cases of renal mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and true color image analysis system. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of IL-1βmRNA and the enlargement of matrix (r = 0.9771, P <0.05). Tip IL-1β plays an important role in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. The mRNA expression level is related to the expansion and sclerosis of mesangial matrix.
