真实型领导(Authentic leadership)是一种把领导者的积极心理能力与高度发展的组织情境结合起来发挥作用的行为和特质。本文从真实型领导内涵、结构和研究方法出发,探讨的应相关应用和实证研究,最后指出真实型领导研究存在的问题以及未来的研究方向。
Authentic leadership is a type of behavior and trait that combines the positive psychic skills of leaders with the highly developed organizational context. This article, starting from the connotation, structure and research methods of real leadership, explores relevant applications and empirical research, and finally points out the problems existing in real leadership research and the future research directions.
