我们河南省委组织部的领导对《党建研究》的征订、发行工作很重视,明确指出,中央组织部主办的《党建研究》,观点鲜明,理论性强,对加强党的建设具有较强的指导作用,一定要认真做好征订、发行工作,并结合工作实践学好用好。1990年以来,为帮助领导干部学习党建理论,提高党建理论水平,进一步扩大《党建研究》的影响和发挥它的作用,省委组织部为各市地委、省直单位党组(党委)领导集体订阅一份。我们平时也注意了解他们学刊用刊的情况,向他们做好约稿组稿工作。各级党委组织部领导对《党建研究》的发行工作都很重视,他们利用有关会议宣传介绍刊物,推荐学习重要文章,经常过问刊物的征订和学用情况。
