本文对Fe-Mo-MoS_2系材料进行了研究,并考察了该系材料中Fe/Mo比对性能的影响。结果表明,该系材料在摩擦状态下具有较好的减摩性能。在实际PV值高达200~300kg.m/cm~2。S时,摩擦系数均<0.1,磨损率为10~(-4)~10~(-5)m~3/m数量级。材料磨损率随Fe/Mo比增加而提高。用该材料加工成轴套在某机上进行初步台架试验(轴承PV值150kg.m/cm~2。S,工作温度200℃)表明,用该材料制成的轴承可以代替原用高温油脂润滑滚针轴承,轴承运转正常(其使用寿命有待考核)。
In this paper, Fe-Mo-MoS 2 series materials were studied, and the effects of Fe / Mo ratio on the properties of the series were investigated.
