由于地下土体性质、荷载条件、施工环境的复杂性,单单根据地质勘察资料和室内土工试验参数来确定设计和施工方案,往往含有许多不确定因素,尤其是对于复杂的大中型工程或环境要求严格的项目,对在施工过程中引发的土体性状、环境、邻近建筑物、地下设施变化的监测已成了工程建设必不可少的重要环节。当前,基坑监测与工程的设计、施工同被列为深基坑工程质量保证的三大基本要素。
Due to the complexity of underground soil properties, load conditions, and construction environment, design and construction plans are determined based on geological survey data and indoor soil test parameters, often containing many uncertainties, especially for complex large- and medium-sized projects or environmental requirements. In strict projects, the monitoring of changes in soil properties, environment, neighboring buildings, and underground facilities that have been initiated during the construction process has become an indispensable part of project construction. At present, the design and construction of foundation pit monitoring and engineering are listed as the three basic elements for the quality assurance of deep foundation pits.
