为了确定应用颅骨外冷冻方法造成大鼠脑冻伤,从而导致血管源性脑水肿的最佳温度及时间,选用了- 60、- 80 及- 196℃三个冷冻温度及 1、2、3、4m in 四个冷冻时间冷冻大鼠一侧大脑。结果发现采用- 196℃冷冻1m in 的脑冻伤模型大鼠脑水肿明显,此法操作简单,动物死亡率低。
In order to determine the optimal temperature and time for rat cerebral edema induced by skull external freezing method, three freezing temperatures of -60, -80 and -196 ℃ and 1, 2, 3, 4m Frozen rat brain in four freezing times. The results showed that cerebral edema in rat model of cerebral frostbrain frozen at -196 ℃ for 1min was obvious. The method was simple and the animal mortality rate was low.
