委内瑞拉是世界上重油资源最丰富的国家之一，其奥里诺科（Ｏｒｉｎｏｃｏ）重油带，东西长７００ｋｍ，南北宽５０～１００ｋｍ，估计有４６０×１０８ｔ的技术可采储量。奥里乳化油（Ｏｒｉｍｕｌｓｉｏｎ）就是产自奥里诺科重油带的重油，在表面活性剂的作用下，与水混合而形成的乳状液。这种乳化油生产成本低、价格便宜，可以用管道输送和用油轮长距离运输，适合作大型电厂锅炉和其它窑炉燃料。迄今为止，已有近千万吨乳化油销往美国、日本、加拿大和英国等国家，１９９６年７月，我国也开始进口奥里乳化油，并在东南沿海一带试烧。本文主要介绍奥里乳化油的生产过程和在储运过程中应注意的事项。
Venezuela is one of the most heavily oil-rich countries in the world. Its Orinoco heavy oil zone is 700km long from east to west and 50km to 100km wide from north to south with an estimated 460 × 108t of recoverable reserves. Orimulsion is a heavy oil produced from the Orinoco heavy oil zone, mixed with water under the action of a surfactant. This emulsified oil is low cost, inexpensive, can be piped and transported long distances by oil tankers, and is suitable for large plant boilers and other kiln fuels. So far, nearly 10 million tons of emulsified oil have been sold to the United States, Japan, Canada and the United Kingdom. In July 1996, China also started to import Orimulsion and test-fired it along the southeast coast. This article mainly introduces the production process of Orimulsion oil and the matters needing attention in the process of storage and transportation.
