在学习和推广上海鍋爐厂鑄焊硬质合金車刀經驗的基础上,我厂又根据苏联专家的建議,把浇注温度控制在1350℃以上,并且取消腊焊剂(黄銅),借高温的鉄水把刀片(BK、TK)焊牢。經过切削試驗,証明用这种工艺鑄焊出来的車刀同用黄铜做腊焊剂的鑄焊車刀完全一样,具有相当于中碳鋼刀杆的腊焊車刀的切削性能和强度。現在把制造过程中的一些问题簡略介紹于下,供大家参考。造型工艺——我厂原先是用手工造型,效率低,而且往往由于起模时把刀杆尺寸放大,浪费材料,又影响质量。因此手工造型是滿足不了要求的。目前我厂改用漏模机造型。漏模机的外形如图1所示,1是偏心手把,
