用Cr12MoV钢制的螺纹尖齿模具搓丝板采用引上恒温处理，通过电子显微分析和X时线衍射，测定其组织和性能以及现场寿命跟踪，表明引上恒温工艺是提高该模具的有效途径。
Using Cr12MoV steel thread tipped die plate with induction temperature treatment by electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, the determination of the organization and performance and field life tracking, indicating the introduction of constant temperature process is to improve the effectiveness of the mold way.
