我们曾对BPBMB系列的高温酯类液晶的色谱性能作了系统的考察,又用高温酯类液晶BPBAmB作固定液气相色谱法定量测定了蒽油、粗蒽中的蒽、菲、咔唑,获得满意的结果。为了应用这种分析方法于生产控制上,本文中又将采用液晶BPBDP作固定液的气相色谱分析法,与一般测定蒽含量的容量分析法作了对照试验,发现色谱法的准确度较优于容量分析法,而分析时间大为缩短。并对液晶BPBDB固定液的稳定性进行了试验,连续使用700小时以上葸、菲的保留时间不变,因而认为用液晶固定液气相色谱法分析测定蒽油中的蒽可以应用于工业生产上,也可以推广应用于精蒽、粗蒽及蒽油中蒽、菲、咔唑的分析测定。
