通过分析高模量沥青混合料的常用制备方法,选择采用岩沥青进行高模量改性,采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、红外光谱仪等分析青川岩沥青和法国岩沥青的组成,对比研究了不同发育时间、发育温度、剪切时间、剪切温度等制备工艺对沥青三大指标和粘度的影响,最后根据研究结果确定了采用岩沥青制备高模量沥青材料的具体参数。研究发现影响顺序如下,针入度:剪切时间>发育温度>剪切温度>发育时间;软化点:发育时间>剪切时间>剪切温度>发育温度;延度:剪切时间>发育时间>发育温度>剪切温度;粘度:发育时间>剪切温度>剪切时间>发育温度。
By analyzing the common preparation methods of high modulus asphalt mixture, using rock asphalt for high modulus modification, using the scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and infrared spectrometer to analyze the composition of Qingchuan rock asphalt and French rock asphalt, Development time, development temperature, shear time and shear temperature on the three major indexes and viscosity of asphalt. Finally, according to the research results, the specific parameters for preparing high modulus asphalt material using rock asphalt were determined. The results showed that the order of influence was as follows: shear time> development temperature> shear temperature> developmental time; softening point: developmental time> shear time> shear temperature> developmental temperature; ductility: shear time> > Development temperature> shear temperature; viscosity: development time> shear temperature> shear time> developmental temperature.
