面对国际信息化的大趋势,根据CNII的规划和中国的目前实际情况,必须找到适合中国国情的技术方案,所以我们提出了外交互多媒体数据广播的概念。外交互多媒体数据广播的概念是一种解决用户接入高速数据网络的方案,系统要能够支持互联网的各种有用信息的组织,管理并按一定编码方式调制后通过有线电视网络推送到用户,并通过电话回传提供灵活的上网和点播业务。其关键技术是利用宽带网络—CAIV的一个或几个频道,将组织好的多媒体信息和视频流信息推送到用户家中。系统每天可以广播数据数百GB,内容包括用户需要的各个领域的最新信息以及近交互教学课程、股票交易、视频点播、插播广告和语音广播等等,能够满足一定地域的用户的大多数需求。这是一种全新的、实用的、解决当前接入网的具体方案。
In the face of the general trend of international informatization, according to the plan of CNII and the actual situation in China, we must find a solution that suits China’s national conditions. Therefore, we put forward the concept of interactive multimedia data broadcasting with foreign countries. The concept of external interaction multimedia data broadcasting is a solution to the problem that users access high-speed data networks. The system should be able to support the organization, management, and modulation of all kinds of useful information on the Internet and then push it to subscribers through the cable network after modulation according to a certain coding method. Provide flexible online and on-demand business via call back. The key technology is the use of broadband network -CAIV one or several channels, the organized multimedia information and video streaming information pushed to the user’s home. The system can broadcast hundreds of gigabytes of data every day, including the latest information in various fields as required by users, as well as near interactive teaching courses, stock trading, video on demand, mid-air ads and voice broadcasts to meet most of the needs of users in a certain geographical area. This is a new and practical solution to the current access network.
