我们用丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症病人30例,并用碳酸锂治疗30例作为对照,现报道如下。资料与方法随机抽取我院1987年1月至1992年1月住院,符合CCMD-2及DSM-Ⅲ-R标准诊断为躁狂症的病人60例,丙戊酸钠治疗组30例
We use sodium valproate treatment of mania in 30 patients, and lithium carbonate treatment of 30 cases as a control, are reported below. Materials and Methods 60 cases of patients diagnosed as mania with CCMD-2 and DSM-Ⅲ-R criteria were randomly selected from our hospital from January 1987 to January 1992. Thirty patients in the valproate treatment group
