目的观察芙黄膏外治蝮蛇咬伤的疗效。方法选择118例蝮蛇咬伤患者,随机分为芙黄膏治疗组59例,季德胜蛇药片对照组59例。两组经治疗后,观察比较消肿止痛、消除瘀斑等方面的疗效及平均时间。结果芙黄膏治疗组在消肿止痛、消除瘀斑的临床治疗上明显优于季德胜蛇药片对照组。结论芙黄膏是外治蝮蛇咬伤的有效药物。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Fuhuang ointment on viper snake bite. Methods 118 cases of viper snake bite patients were randomly divided into Fu Huang cream group 59 cases, Ji De Sheng snake tablets control group 59 cases. After treatment, the two groups observed and compared swelling and pain, ecchymosis and other aspects of the treatment and the average time. Results Fu Huang cream treatment group in the treatment of swelling and pain, eliminate ecchymosis clinical treatment was significantly better than the Jide wins snake tablets control group. Conclusion Fuhuang ointment is an effective treatment for viper bites.
