实现绝缘被覆挤出工序高速化及稳定化所必需的挤出机及机头模具有关的技术问题包括:(a)探索高速挤出模具的构造,以使挤出物表面难以产生畸变现象,模子内产生的张力为最小;(b)出于操作及安全方面的考虑,希望研制自动定心模具,无须调整导体和绝缘体之间的同心度。笔者通过可在制造现场进行评假测试的实用参数,成功地推导出了模子内的流动方程式,分析了(1)模子内的速度分布和拉伸比,(2)拉伸比对表面畸变现象的影响,(3)有关机头内的张力等问题。
Technical problems relating to extruders and head molds necessary for achieving an increase in the speed and stability of the insulation coating extrusion process include: (a) exploring the structure of a high-speed extrusion die to make it difficult for the extrusion surface to distort, (B) For operational and safety reasons, it is desirable to develop self-centering dies without having to adjust the concentricity between the conductor and the insulator. The author has successfully deduced the flow equation in the mold through the practical parameters that can be used in the test of the manufacturing site, analyzed (1) the velocity distribution and the draw ratio in the mold, (2) the tensile ratio to the surface distortion phenomenon (3) problems such as tension in the handpiece.
