M131W万能磨床需磨工件内孔时,操作者必须将内圆磨头翻上翻下,很费力,并且浪费了不少辅助时间,所以,我们对此进行了改装。结构见图1所示。改装方法简述如下:一、油缸行程的计算油缸行程的选择可根据运动原理简图(图2)进行计算。我们从图中知道,磨头由上死点转动至工作位置的转角为134°,其余O_1O_2=560mm, O_1A=135mm,磨头在上死点O_2A=430mm。根据余弦定理,可求得油缸回转支点与磨头在工作位置之间夹角为:134°
