应用24小时动态心电图计算机扫描仪,对30例中重度妊高征患者进行动态心电监测。结果表明:6例中度妊高征仅1例(16.67%)出现心电图异常,24例重度妊高征中有17例(70.83%)心电异常,两组差异十分显著,P<0.01。心电异常的发生随血压的增高及尿蛋白增多而递增。提示:重度妊高征多数伴有心肌受累,潜伏妊高征性心脏病心衰的危险。
A 24-hour Holter computer scanner was used to monitor the dynamic electrocardiogram in 30 patients with moderate-to-severe pregnancy-induced hypertension. The results showed that in 6 cases of moderate pregnancy-induced hypertension, only 1 case (16.67%) had electrocardiogram abnormality, and 17 cases (70.83%) had electrocardiogram abnormality in 24 cases with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01). The occurrence of abnormal ECG increases with increasing blood pressure and urinary protein increased. Tip: The majority of severe PIH with myocardial involvement, latent risk of pregnancy-induced heart disease heart failure heart disease.
