本文梳理了1952年中国建立全国高等学校统一招生考试的历史,从报考、考试、录取三个主要环节的具体步骤,回顾中国历史上的第一次高考过程。高考制度的建立使1952年成为中国高等教育新旧招生制度的分水岭,开辟了中国高校招生考试史的新纪元,它是今天高考制度的起始,已经形成了高考制度的基本框架。1952年建立高考制度是中国教育史上的一个重要创造,也是中国历史上的一件大事,从此开启了中国的高考时代,在中国高校招生考试史上具有开创之功。
