供试树为日本京都府立大学农学部附属农场的富有甜柿。1986年10月23日对供试树果实分别喷布100ppmGA_3、100ppm乙烯利和水(对照),并用0.05%Tween200—100作展着剂。处理当天及每7天测定各区果色、果实硬度、果实可溶性固形物、果肉细胞形状等。果色用日本农林水产省果树试验场监制的柿果实色卡测定其果实顶部,硬度用日本木屋制作所制果实硬度计测定果实上、中部,可溶性固形物用手持折糖仪测定
The test tree is a rich persimmon in the affiliated farm of Faculty of Agriculture, Kyoto Prefecture University.
