血小板减少导致鼻(鼻丑)或弥漫性消化道出血的患者,治疗困难,因体内有血小板抗体即使输注血小板有时也无效。作者给9例白血病和3例淋巴病因血小板减少并发严重粘膜出血的患者局部应用血小板浓缩制剂,效果较好。此12例患者,9例鼻(鼻丑)2例出血性胃炎,1例弥漫性结肠出血。
