目的探讨改良内镜下热活检钳电灼术治疗直径<10 mm结直肠微小息肉的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年7月焦作市第二人民医院收治的63例结直肠微小息肉患者(直径<10 mm结直肠微小息肉195枚)作为研究对象,将接受改良内镜下热活检钳电灼术治疗的32例患者(98枚息肉)纳入改良热活检钳组,将接受内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗的31例患者(97枚息肉)纳入氩离子凝固组。比较两组不同直径息肉完全切除率及并发症发生率,采用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评估患者术后1、3 d疼痛程度,记录手术前后胃肠激素[
