构成小苍兰穗状花序的十几朵小花自花序顶瑞至基部表现出明显的发育与衰老顺序。伴随着花朵的发育与衰老,花瓣组织的可溶性蛋白质含量明显下降,细胞膜相对透性显著上升,表示膜脂过氧化水平的丙二醛含量逐渐增加,在衰老后期增加更显著,与此相对应,饱和脂肪酸所占百分比增加,脂肪酸不饱和指数IUFA明显下降。
A dozen florets constituting freesia spikes show a clear sequence of development and senescence from the inflorescence to the base. With the development and senescence of flowers, the content of soluble protein in petal tissues decreased significantly and the relative permeability of cell membrane increased significantly, indicating that MDA content in membrane lipid peroxidation gradually increased and increased more significantly in late senescence. Correspondingly, The percentage of saturated fatty acids increased, the fatty acid unsaturated index IUFA decreased significantly.
