从我国目前物业维权现状来看,如何明确各主体的法律地位,理清主体之间的法律关系及承担责任,是探寻造成物业服务纠纷的根源,但由于现行法律、法规的滞后,有关物业纠纷的制度仍存在一定不足之处,对上述问题,我们应从立法上给以规范,以提高城市的整体管理水平,全面推进物业管理新体制。
Judging from the status quo of property rights protection in our country, how to clarify the legal status of each subject, clarify the legal relationship and assume the responsibility among the subject is to find out the root causes of property service disputes. Due to the lag of existing laws and regulations, There are still some shortcomings in the system. To solve the above problems, we should standardize the legislation so as to enhance the overall management level of the city and comprehensively promote the new property management system.
