目的:将脐动脉血流速度波形多普勒测量的UmAFVWA/B值和血清人胎盘泌乳素(HPL)的结果结合分析,以期仅通过12次检查来评估胎盘功能和出生儿结果好、坏.方法:对50例正常和40例高危妊娠做了UmAA/B和HPL测定.结果:非连续性测定时A/B和HPL值大小变化相关不显著,r=-006-053,P>005;高危妊娠中,A/B,HPL异常者多于正常组;A/B升高,HPL降低可同时检出,而在正常组和出生儿正常的高危妊娠中均未能见到此种改变.结论:两项检查同时异常者可伴有出生儿结果不良,敏感度虽较低,约583%,但特异度和阳性预期值均达1000%,较A/B或HPL单独使用时高
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between UmAFVWA / B measured by Doppler waveforms of umbilical artery blood flow and serum human placental prolactin (HPL), so as to evaluate placental function and birth outcomes only by 12 tests. Methods: UmAA / B and HPL were measured in 50 normal and 40 high risk pregnancies. Results: There was no significant correlation between the changes of A / B and HPL in the non-continuity test, r = -006-053, P> 005. Among the high-risk pregnancies, there were more abnormal A / B and HPL than normal Group; A / B increased, HPL decreased can be detected at the same time, but in the normal group and normal high-risk pregnancies are not seen in such changes.
