目的评估Demirjian法推断深圳地区6~16岁青少年牙龄的适用性。方法本研究收集了符合要求的深圳市青少年的曲面断层片809张(其中男性405例,女性404例),按照Demirjian法对左下颌7颗恒牙发育分期进行判读,查表计算得出牙龄,将所得牙龄与自然年龄进行配对t检验。结果运用Demirjian法得出的深圳地区男性的牙龄与自然年龄相比平均高估0.94~2.50年,其中6.0~11.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。12.0~15.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运用Demirjian法得出的深圳地区女性的牙龄与自然年龄相比平均高估0.88~1.72年,该差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中6.0~12.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。13.0~15.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Demirjian法并不能直接准确推断深圳地区人群实际年龄,需要在此基础上进行修正,但是对于男性在6.0~11.9岁,女性在6.0~12.9之间的年龄段应用有一定参考意义。
Objective To assess the applicability of Demirjian’s method to infer the age of adolescents aged 6 ~ 16 years in Shenzhen. Methods In this study, we collected 809 curved surface tomographic films (405 cases of male and 404 cases of female) in Shenzhen adolescents. According to the Demirjian method, the staging of seven permanent teeth of the left lower jaw was interpreted and the age at diagnosis , The resulting dental age and natural age paired t test. Results The demographic age was significantly higher than that of the native age (0.94-2.50 years) in Demographic-derived age-matched male patients in Shenzhen. There was no significant difference in DA and CA between 6.0 and 11.9 years old (P> 0.05) . The difference between DA and CA in the age group of 12.0 ~ 15.9 years was statistically significant (P <0.05). The Detian age of female in Shenzhen was higher than that of natural age (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the DA and CA between 6.0 and 12.9 years old (P> 0.05). The difference of DA and CA between 13.0 and 15.9 years old was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The Demirjian method does not directly infer the actual age of the population in Shenzhen and needs to be revised on this basis. However, it is of some reference significance to the age group of 6.0 to 11.9 years old for males and 6.0 to 12.9 for females.
