从高职院校全程化就业指导的基本理念入手,分析目前高职院校就业指导中存在的问题,提出了开展大学生全程化就业指导的思路,包括:要切实重视全程化就业指导,明确全程化就业指导的地位;针对不同年级实际情况开展形式多样的就业教育;建立稳定的就业指导人员队伍,促使就业指导向专业化、职业化方向发展;拓展就业指导的载体,拓宽就业渠道;开展就业指导理论研究,提升就业指导水平。
