历史的经验值得注意,故中国自古就有“以古为镜,可以知兴替”的说法。中国是个历史候鸟的国家,五千年的文明史册中,虽有糟粕,更不乏精华,撷来鉴今,价值不可低估；世界各国多有灿烂的文化,如烟的史话里,虽有沉渣,更多珠玑,取之鉴我,益处不可小觑。从中外历史的“宝库”中,遴选部分经验,作“古为今用,洋为中用”,想来必有大裨益。
The historical experience deserves our attention. Therefore, in ancient China, there is a saying that “ancient can be used as a mirror and can be used as a substitute for replacement”. China is a country with a history of migratory birds. Although there are dross and no shortage of elites in the 5,000-year-old annals of civilization, the value can not be underestimated. In the history of many countries in the world, there are sparse cultures, Abalone, learn from me, the benefits can not be underestimated. From the “treasure house” in the history of both China and foreign countries, we should select some of the experiences and make the necessary contributions if we want to use the ancient as the present and the foreign as the intermediate.
