内蒙古塞飞亚集团公司创建于1988年,靠借5万元财政周转金办纸箱厂起家。1996年,建立了现代企业制度,成功地进行了股份制改造,组建了内蒙古塞飞亚集团公司。1997年,根据国家产业政策和本地资源优势,考察建设了600万只肉鸭产业的项目。该项目经国家计委批准立项,分两期实施。计划一期工程到2000年达到年加工300万只肉鸭的生产能力,全部运行后销售收入可达5亿元人民币。
