随着时代的进步和科学技术的进步,传统啦啦操训练模式已经不能符合新课程标准,教学方法的改革已成为必然趋势。本文采取资料查阅法、问卷调查法、实验法等研究方式,分析了高校啦啦操运动队训练体系的构建现状,最后对高校啦啦操训练中竞赛教学法的效果进行深刻研究。
With the progress of the times and the progress of science and technology, the traditional chela training model can no longer meet the new curriculum standards, and the reform of teaching methods has become an inevitable trend. This paper adopts the research methods of data review, questionnaire and experiment to analyze the current situation of the construction of the training system of cheerleading teams in colleges and universities. Finally, the author deeply studies the effect of competition teaching in cheerleading training in colleges and universities.
