目的:建立肺结核丸中大黄素的含量测定HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱:shim-pack ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)。流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60:40:1)。检测波长为437 nm,流速1.0 ml·min-1;柱温40℃。结果:大黄素线性范围为0.1 μg-1.0 μg,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.1%(n=5)。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,为控制肺结核丸的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of emodin in pulmonary tuberculosis pills. Method: Column: shim-pack ODS C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μm). Mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (60:40:1). Detection wavelength is 437 nm, flow rate is 1.0 ml·min-1; column temperature is 40°C. Results: The linear range of emodin was 0.1 μg-1.0 μg. The average recovery was 99.2% and the RSD was 1.1% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is reliable, simple and feasible, and provides a scientific basis for controlling the intrinsic quality of pulmonary tuberculosis pills.
