本文将东盟地区论坛作为亚太合作机制的个案进行了分析,认为目前它的地位与成就只是亚太大国需要这样一个多边合作机制来部分实现各自的战略目标。但随着以后大国力量的变化,它将演变为另一种安全合作的模式。
This article analyzes the ASEAN Regional Forum as a case of the Asia-Pacific cooperation mechanism and believes that its current status and achievements are only the Asia-Pacific powers that need such a multilateral cooperation mechanism to partially realize their respective strategic objectives. But as the power of the great powers changes in the future, it will evolve into another mode of security cooperation.
