在碱土注浆加固的基础上,对一种注浆加固材料的主要性能参数及其在静水条件下的材料特性进行室内试验研究。基于现场施工对材料胶凝时间和加固强度的要求,测定材料在不同配比下的胶凝时间,结合力学性能试验测定材料的净浆结石体强度及岩土固结体强度;针对加固治理的材料要求,测定材料在不同静水条件下的耐久性和稳定性,并与其他注浆材料进行了比对分析。依据材料性能和张马屯铁矿泥质破碎带的特点,系统阐述了材料的应用方法与效果。研究结果表明,该材料的胶凝时间精确可调,净浆结石体强度及岩土固结体强度均较高,耐久性和稳定性良好。
On the basis of alkaline earth grouting reinforcement, the main performance parameters of a grouting reinforcement material and its material properties under the condition of still water were tested in laboratory. Based on the requirement of gelling time and strengthening strength of the material in the field construction, the gelling time of the material in different proportions was measured, and the strength of the net cement stone and the strength of the soil cement were measured in combination with the mechanical property test. Material requirements, the determination of materials in different hydrostatic conditions, durability and stability, and compared with other grouting material analysis. According to the material properties and the characteristics of the shattering zone of Zhangmatun Iron Mine, the application methods and effects of the materials are expounded systematically. The results show that the gelation time of the material is accurately adjustable, the strength of the cement paste body and the strength of the rock and soil consolidation are high, and the durability and the stability are good.
