针对现有沥青混合料配合比设计方法的不足,提出了基于骨架最紧密状态的油石比确定方法。根据体积指标特性,将沥青混合料的体积指标划分为3个层次,每一个层次的体积指标以上一层次指标为基础进行计算。阐述了各层次指标的工程意义、试验手段和计算方法。从数学理论角度对最佳油石比的计算过程及基于骨架最紧密状态设计方法的有效性进行了论证。最后,以足尺环道AC25沥青混合料为例进行了配合比设计,并通过力学试验进行了性能验证,表明采用该方法设计的沥青混合料性能良好。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing mix design methods of asphalt mixture, a method of determining the ratio of ashes based on the most compact state of the skeleton is proposed. According to the characteristics of volume index, the volume indicators of asphalt mixture are divided into three levels, and the volume indicators of each level are calculated on the basis of the above indicators. The engineering significance, experimental methods and calculation methods of indicators at all levels are expounded. From the point of view of mathematical theory, the calculation process of the best ratio of asbestos and the validity of the design method based on the most compact state of the skeleton are demonstrated. Finally, taking the full-scale AC25 asphalt mixture as an example, the mix design was carried out and the mechanical performance was verified by mechanical tests. It shows that the asphalt mixture designed by this method has good performance.
