手术或外伤时可能同时损伤3条以上直肌而造成严重的局部血流量下降。本实验利用51Cr同位素示踪技术及参考血样法对45只成年杂种犬不同组合眼直肌离断0、2、4、6、8周时的局部血流量进行了检测,结果如下:①A组(上、下直肌+外直肌离断组),B组(上、下直肌+内直肌离断组)和C组(上、下直肌离断组)瞬时血流量分别下降了249%、249%和235%。4周时局部血流量开始恢复,8周时恢复分别达到正常值的848%、858%和874%。②实验中共发生眼前节缺血综合征(ASIS)7例(占总数的155%),A、B、C3组无统计学差异;ASIS组和未发生ASIS组在0~4周时局部血流量无明显差异,在6~8周时有明显差异(P<005)。结果表明:同时离断3条直肌或同时离断2条垂直肌就会影响眼前节血循环,并导致ASIS的发生。ASIS的发生不完全取决于局部血流量的早期变化,而与其晚期组织对缺血代偿反应差异有关。
Surgery or trauma may also damage more than 3 rectus muscle and cause severe local blood flow decline. In this study, 51Cr isotope tracer technology and reference blood samples were used to detect the blood flow of 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks after reocclusion of 45 adult mongrel dogs. The results were as follows: ①A Upper and lower rectus + lateral rectus abdominis), group B (upper and lower rectus + rectus abdominis) and group C (upper and lower rectus abdominis) decreased by 24 9%, 249% and 235%. After 4 weeks, the local blood flow began to recover, and at 8 weeks, it returned to 84.8%, 85.8% and 87.4% of the normal respectively. ② There were 7 ASAS cases (155% of the total) in the experiment, and there was no significant difference between A, B and C3 groups. In the ASIS group and the non-ASIS group, No significant difference in blood flow in 6 to 8 weeks were significantly different (P <0 05). The results showed that the simultaneous disconnection of three rectus muscles or simultaneous disconnection of two vertical muscles would affect the anterior segment blood circulation and lead to the occurrence of ASIS. The occurrence of ASIS does not depend entirely on the early changes in the local blood flow, and its late organization on the difference in ischemic compensatory response.
