利用测井资料预测地层孔隙压力,是六十年代发展起来的一项重要技术。它为地质勘探和钻井工程服务,其主要作用是:(1)预测钻探目的层系工业油气层的底界,评价储集层产能,研究油气的运移和聚集;(2)根据预测的孔隙压力数据,安全、经济地设计套管程序;合理选择钻井泥浆比重,防喷防漏,提高钻井效率,减少钻井事故,防止泥浆大量侵入,有利于保护油层,提高测井质量;(3)根据压力剖面采用不同的固井措施,防漏防窜,有利于油田合理开发;(4)估算地层破裂压力梯度和岩石应力强度,改善油气井钻探和强化措施。
Predicting formation pore pressure using log data is an important technique developed in the 1960s. It serves geological exploration and drilling engineering.
