我厂生产的回转体筒形件(见图1b),热收口前要经过冲压、拔伸、粗车外形等工序。粗车毛坯全长539.5mm,外径为124.4mm(图1a)壁厚8mm。收口前要将收口变形部分金属加热到850~900℃,在400t压力机上收口。为提高收口成形效果,必须涂刷润滑剂,该筒形件用模锻石墨乳,型号为MD-2,润滑方式习惯上是将石墨乳涂刷收口下模的模具表面上(见图2)。该产品在生产中常出现体短,模具寿命只有500~600件,良品率最高达到56.5%。为了找到收口体短的真正原因。我们对
