爆破作业安个管理的传统模式是以爆破器材(含流向轨迹)、爆破作业单位及爆破作业人员为核心对象建立的录入一查询静态系统模式,在分析爆破作业安个管理三要素及其逻辑联系的基础上,借鉴事务信息科学处理机制,建立了基于事件驱动的爆破作业安个管理新模式。以某大城市为例构建了B一S架构的爆破作业安个管理信息系统,实现了爆破器材闭环管理、爆破作业单位及其人员精确关联管理、爆破作业项日精细化安个管理等功能,可供爆破作业环境复杂所在区域的爆破企业及安个监管部门参考。
