鞍钢与攀钢重组大会近日在北京举行。鞍钢正式成为攀钢母公司,钢铁行业央企宣告由四变三。会上宣布了国务院国资委《关于鞍山钢铁集团公司与攀钢集团有限公司重组的通知》,明确重组后新成立鞍钢集团公司作为母公司,由国务院国资委代表国务院对其履行出资人职责,鞍钢与攀钢均作为鞍钢集团公司的全资子公司,不再作为国务院国资委直接监管企业。
Anshan Iron and Steel Panzhihua restructuring meeting held recently in Beijing. Ansteel officially became the parent company of Panzhihua Iron and Steel, the steel industry announced by the central enterprises from four to three. SASAC announced on the “Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. restructuring notice”, after the reorganization of the newly formed Ansteel Group as a parent company, the SASAC on behalf of the State Council to fulfill its role as investor, Ansteel And Panzhihua Iron and Steel are as a wholly owned subsidiary of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., is no longer directly under the State Council SASAC.
