低温冷柜的低压端可由节流阀人口起至压缩机的吸气口(见附图),一般故障发生在铝锌铝复合板冷轧而制成的蒸发器开裂或与管道连接的铝焊头处有沙眼造成漏气。一经漏气,冷柜便可出现制冷量减退或完全不制冷。
The low pressure side of the cryogenic refrigerator can be accessed from the population of the throttle valve to the suction port of the compressor (see the attached drawing). The general failure occurs when the evaporator made of aluminum-zinc-aluminum composite sheet is cold-rolled and cracked or connected to the pipeline. There is trachoma causing a leak. As soon as the air leaks, the refrigerator may appear to have reduced cooling capacity or no cooling at all.
