本文以高职院校自身的内在需求为切入点,从办出民办高职院校特色和活力的长期战略角度出发,论述了高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的重要性。同时,剖析了当前兼职教师管理中存在的问题,并就加强管理提出了若干建议。
This article starts from the intrinsic demand of higher vocational colleges. From the perspective of long-term strategy of developing the characteristics and vitality of private higher vocational colleges, the article expounds the importance of the construction of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, it analyzes the existing problems in the part-time teacher management and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the management.
